Australian Therapeutic Harpists Association Harp Gathering in Melbourne - June 12th to 14th 2025

The ATHA committee are very excited to announce that we will be holding a Harp Gathering in Belgrave over two days from Friday 13th  to  Saturday 14thJune 2025.   Details of the Harp Gathering are attached, as well as the Registration Form.

For those arriving on the Thursday afternoon, there will also be a “Meet & Greet” followed by a Harp Session in the Masonic Hall from 6.30pm – 9.30pm.

We’re delighted that Peter Roberts,  ATHA Honorary Member, will be presenting a special viewing of his Movie 'From Music into Silence' at the Cameo Theatre, Belgrave, on the Friday evening, followed by a Q & A session with Peter and Farshid Akhlaghi (Director & Producer).  The theatre holds 76 patrons, and we are expecting a full house, so please let us know ASAP if you/and others will be attending as we plan to give first priority to harp attendees before advertising more widely in the community. The theatre provides refreshments eg: drinks, wine, popcorn, icecream, etc

Prior to the Movie showing, we have arranged dinner with a café/bakery in the centre of Belgrave, who cater for all dietary types. Let us know if you would like to join us from 5pm-6pm for dinner.  Their food is excellent, quick and very reasonably priced.

For those of you who live within the metropolitan area, please let us know if you would be willing to billet a harp attendee over the two days.  For those looking for accommodation we will be listing Caravan, Motel and BnB Options, Travel Options and the Full Program on the ATHA Website https://www.atha.org.au/events

Finally, there will be a Marketing Stall set up over the period of the Harp Gathering, so if you have any merchandise (CD’s, Books etc) or harps for sale, feel free to bring them along as well.
