Jo Baee, Harp Technician visits FNQ
In November we were fortunate to have Jo Baee, harpist and fully qualified harp technician, pay a visit to the Cairns region.
Jo did an amazing job servicing and repairing both pedal and lever harps for local FNQ harpists. While only here for a couple of days, and hampered by delayed flights, she worked continuously to make sure all booked in harps were seen.
Jo is a great communicator, and explained in detail what 'servicing' a harp involved to the uninitiated. Her knowledge and technical skills were very evident in the work she performed.
Jo is keen to visit our region again and hopefully next time she will have the opportunity for some sight seeing, as this trip was all work.
